VIP studio apartments & room is located on the State Road D1 about 11 km from National Park Plitvice Lakes and Barac's caves, and includes air-conditioned accommodation with TV and free Wi-fi.

On disposal we have two apartments and a room. Studio apartments are for 4 people and room for two people. Accommadation is available from 15,00 hr on the day of arrival until 9,00 hr od the day of departure.

As part of this house guests can use the garden with barbecue, terrace and a playground for football. For children we also have badminton and darts. Each guest has access to a bicycle that can be used free of charge while staying in our accommodation and explore the beauty of the place. Nearby there are several marked bicycle tracks for beginners and for professional bikers. 

In winter you can find ski resort Mukinje (Plitvice) located 19 km from the VIP apartments. In our premises we have a warehouse for skis and secured garage for motorcycle. 

In front of the house is large free parking where each guest has its own parking place.

From our terrace you can enjoy the view of nature, a better observer will notice a deer that day a hundred meters from the apartment passing through a meadow.

Each studio apartment and room is equipped with a LED TV, inverter air conditioning and electric convector heaters in winter.

Internet is free.

All bedrooms are comfortable, modern with antibacterial mattresses and large beds.

Kitchens are modern, functional and tailor-made to be and feel like you are at home.

After a hard day fully equipped bathroom is just your. Each apartment and room has its own bathroom with toilet.

The latest LED TV with hundreds of satellite channels as well as free WI-FI

Barac's Caves are approximately 10 kilometers away from us.
